Customers
At Superior Smelt, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their product. The fish we supply will be personally inspected by one of our founding members for desired quality. Customer orders are filled with fresh fish that is caught the night of or the night before delivery. Product that is kept past 24 hours will not be listed or sold as fresh smelt.
We do not condone false or inadequate representation of our brand or product. We will not stand by anything less than the best, which is what our customers deserve.
Product
Our catch will consist of nothing besides the species listed by law. Any foreign or unlisted species will be released upon being caught. We will not keep, store, or sell any species except those that are listed under individual or business licensure. Any situations that occur or any inquiries that are made for improper use or business will be handled accordingly.
